The super mixing granulator excels in powder-to-powder mixing and powder-binder granulation, serving the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. Its operation seamlessly integrates both mixing and granulating functions.
Powdery materials enter the material pot via the conical hopper. Once the hopper closes, the mixing paddle vigorously stirs them, causing the materials to rotate within the pot. Simultaneously, all materials travel along the conical wall, gradually initiating liquid bridge formation. Through extrusion, friction, and kneading by the paddle and cylinder wall, the materials progressively loosen. These softened materials, in a semi-flow state, are then precisely cut into small, uniform granules. Finally, upon opening the discharge door, centrifugal force generated by the paddle efficiently expels the wet granules.
