ZKG series dry granulation mixes prepared powder raw materials and feeds them into the hopper. The material is then conveyed by a double-cone unequal-distance feeding screw and pre-compressed before entering the counter-rotating extrusion wheels. Here, the powder is confined on five sides. As the extrusion wheels rotate, the hydraulic system applies consistent pressure, compressing the powder into dense flakes. These flakes fall into the granulating mechanism below, where they are crushed into particles with controlled density. These granules are directly suitable for tablet compression or capsule filling, eliminating the tedious granulation steps required by other methods and significantly reducing energy consumption.
