Once the bottle caps are neatly arranged by the cap neatening device, those with their mouths facing upward are conveyed to the caps collecting guideway. Meanwhile, bottles arriving from other equipment on the assembly line enter the caps collecting area. As the bottles advance, secured by the two-side clamping device, the caps are automatically aligned with them. The cap pressing device then presses the caps into a pre-tight position before the rotation process begins. Finally, under the action of three pairs of high-speed rotating wearable rubber wheels, the caps are securely tightened onto the bottles.
